Julia has one younger and three older siblings who are also in our care. Julia and her siblings were brought to the Home by their single mother who had neglected them to the poiny of being malnourished. Their father is a drug addict who steals to support his habit. When Julia first arrived at our home, she appeared to have suffered the most as she was in very poor health. Thanks to the love that her house parents have been able to give her and a healthy diet, Julia is healthy and happy. Julia is almost always laughing and loves coloring.
